The forecast was for light winds and this morning the forecast was VERY light. Slow east drift after launch. Bob was first off, slow south, and got partway to the grass runway when we got off. I went just high enough to drift clear of Rudi so he could launch. Followed Bob and dropped in to the grass runway area. When we climbed out of the runway we turned ESE. Our max speed this flight was 5mph over the top of Flagg Hill! Sunrise is getting later so everyone was out this morning. Talked to an Acton police officer when we flew over, the crew talked to an officer when the were redirected around a tree that fell down on the road, and an Acton officer visited at the Stonefield Farm where we eventually landed. Bob landed back in W Acton, Rudi was west of me near the railroad tracks, and I was really trying for the S Acton train station but the entire flight was slowly turning right so we were just a bit too far south. The farm was very friendly and we left with a case of really good tomatoes! Timelapse Video:
