Beautiful weather for a 4th of July Flight. There were supposed to be 5 balloons out but lost one to a late Sunday tether and one under the weather pilot. Steve, Rudi and I flew. I got off first on a slow ESE track. Crossed Boxboro Rd at the end of the grass strip and dropped low over the meadow to allow Steve and Rudi to catch up. Stayed south of Flagg Hill, crossed W Acton Rd and dropped low over the Heath Hen Meadow Brook (marsh/pond) and turned 90 degrees NNE for a while. Climbed to catch up with Steve and Rudi, flew N of our old Maynard neighborhood. Rudi set down in the Maynard Golf Course, we passed S of the State Forensic Lab and continued on to 62. Steve set down in a parking lot on the N side of 62, we crossed and landed in front of the former DEC building. Timelapse Video:
