Tough year for weather, rain forecast Friday thru Saturday. We were parked on the edge of the field Friday evening when cells collided over Pittsfield and the field ended up with two inches of standing water. We need a little tow to get out. The main field was closed to traffic for the remainder of the weekend. Flights moved to the Globe parking lot.

Saturday AM had active storms nearby. Saturday PM had active storms a way off. Minimal tether was possible up by the tennis courts, and watching live radar Rick and Adam made short flights.

Sunday AM was free of storms, but fog was the concern. We setup while watching the fog burn back. Balloons started taking off and heading across the N end of the park. Fog in our direction of flight actually built up some. I crossed the North edge of the pond, over the condos, and across the tree line into the cemetery before landing with two other balloons. We sat around watching the fog for about 15 minutes before we decided to deflate.
