Beautiful weekend forecast and 5 balloons are scheduled to show up. Adam flew with Mark so only 4 flew. We were second off and stayed low to head along the driveway and drop into the cross runway and stop moving. Lori dropped into the runway at the E end and made several practice landings. Rhonda was flying solo and touched down on the grass strip W of me. We eventually climbed out to move SE, but so slowly that it was an hour before we got close to West Concord Rd. We were lined up on a new development and dropped in. Low level winds actually reversed so we had to climb to move further into the development before dropping down again to finally land on the circle. Timelapse Video: |
