Saturday morning forecast winds were higher than reality but we still covered ground moving south. We were south of Southington center before we found open yards and fields without above ground utilities. Set up for a low approach to a neighborhood access road, but the bushes at the last fence were more like small trees and stopped us. Let the balloon rebound back into the building parking lot we had just passed over and we deflated there between the building and the parking lot puddles.

Saturday evening winds were light and still moving south. Much slower flight across Plainville, turning south-east later in the flight. The golf course across I-84 looked like a good area so I setup for landing there. Kept turning further east and ended up landing off the side of the 11th hole, just off the end of Pattonwood Dr with easy chase access.

Sunday morning winds were still south and between yesterday morning and evening. We were still past Southington center before landing, but this time we just had to get past all the above ground utilities. Crossed Carter Ln and descended to pass between trees to land in Rejean Rd. Two other balloons landed in the same neighborhood since it was so inviting.
